The more AI became part of everyday life, the more frustrating it became to keep starting again.
The idea for Synorios came from personal experience. During a period of significant professional and personal change, BAMHUB founder Pavel Strekalovski began using AI extensively to navigate business decisions, transformation, relationships, ideas and everyday questions. ChatGPT became useful, but its limitations in 2025 also became increasingly visible.
Context was fragmented between conversations. Memory was limited.
Important information had to be explained again. Different professional and personal contexts were difficult to separate and control. Using other AI systems such as Claude, Gemini and Grok created another problem. Each platform existed in its own environment, with its own conversations and its own understanding of the user. The intelligence was becoming increasingly powerful. The continuity of the person using it was not.
The problem was bigger than memory inside one chat.
The initial frustration with repeated context revealed a broader opportunity.
People were beginning to use AI across different parts of their lives, for work, writing, decisions, creativity, planning and personal reflection. But their context remained fragmented. A person could have valuable history in one conversation, another context in a different chat, professional information somewhere else and a completely separate relationship with another AI platform. Simply remembering more information would not solve everything. Users also needed to understand and control what AI knew about them, separate different areas of context when necessary and decide what should or should not influence an interaction. The question therefore evolved from how AI could remember more to how a person could maintain a continuous, structured and controllable relationship with AI over time.
A synchronization system designed around the person, rather than around an individual conversation.
Synorios was conceived internally by Pavel Strekalovski, from the original idea through the product concept and experience. The central principle was continuous synchronization. Instead of rebuilding context from one conversation to another, Synorios would progressively construct an evolving understanding of the user. That understanding could be structured across different spheres, giving the user the ability to activate, deactivate and manage different areas of context depending on the situation. Memory would become something the user could understand and control more directly, rather than an invisible collection of information sitting somewhere inside an AI product. The longer term concept goes further. Personal synchronization should eventually be capable of remaining with the user even when the intelligence or application around them changes. Some elements of that vision remain confidential while the product is being tested.

The experience was designed to make a technically complex synchronization system feel simple. The conversation remains at the centre.
As users interact, Synorios progressively develops structured context that can help AI understand their priorities, communication patterns, recurring subjects and ways of working. Different synchronization spheres allow contexts to be separated and controlled rather than mixing everything together. Users can manage which areas participate in the experience and how their evolving context is used. This means the difference can appear in everyday tasks. An email can become closer to the user's natural communication style. A piece of writing can better reflect how that person normally structures ideas. A discussion about work can draw from relevant professional context without requiring the user to reconstruct the entire history first. The complexity sits behind the experience. For the user, the objective is continuity.
An idea born from real use became an internal AI product.
Synorios was created as an internal BAMHUB venture. Pavel developed the original idea, product vision, concept and experience based on the problems encountered through extensive real world use of different AI systems. The concept was then translated into a product with BAMHUB's internal designers and developers. The team worked across product architecture, experience, interface, development and AI integration to turn the original thinking into a functioning application. The project remains in active development. Rather than waiting for a finished product to test the assumptions behind it, early versions have already been put in the hands of people within the team's extended network. Those first interactions are now informing the next iterations.

Synorios originated with Pavel Strekalovski, who developed the initial idea, concept, product vision and experience. BAMHUB's internal designers translated that vision into the product experience and interface. BAMHUB's internal development team built the application and continues to develop the underlying product and AI systems. The project therefore brings together venture thinking, product strategy, experience design, interface design, development and AI inside one internal team. Synorios Inc. provides the dedicated company structure around the venture and its future development.
A personal frustration with AI became a functioning product now being tested with real people.
Synorios has moved beyond an idea or conceptual prototype. A functioning application has been designed and developed, bringing together conversation, structured synchronization, user controlled context and other elements of the broader Synorios system. The first internal tests have also begun with people from the team's extended network. These early tests are helping the team observe how people actually interact with continuous AI context, what they immediately understand, what they value and where the experience needs to evolve. The product remains in development, which is why only part of its functionality and underlying concept is currently being made public.
Early testing is validating the original problem. The wider AI market is validating its importance too.
The first impact is qualitative. Early testers are encountering the same underlying need that originally led to Synorios: AI becomes more useful when people do not have to continuously reconstruct who they are and what matters to them. At the same time, the broader AI landscape has evolved. Since the original Synorios concept was developed, major AI platforms have increasingly invested in memory, personalization and continuity features. That evolution does not validate every assumption behind Synorios, nor does it make the products equivalent. But it provides an important market signal. The problem Synorios started exploring before these capabilities became widespread is now becoming a visible priority across the AI industry. Synorios is designed to take the idea further, particularly around structured context, user control and continuity beyond a single conversation or AI environment. For now, some of those elements remain deliberately undisclosed while testing continues.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT The application is the first expression of a larger idea.
Synorios is currently being developed and tested as a product. Feedback from early users is being used to refine the experience, synchronization logic and product architecture before broader deployment. The longer term ambition is larger than one AI application. Today, people increasingly move between different AI systems while their context remains fragmented between them. Synorios is exploring a future in which personal context can become more structured, controllable and portable. A future where changing the intelligence does not necessarily mean rebuilding the relationship from zero. The AI can change. Your continuity stays with you.
