Wideye, an innovation brand by AGC Group, specializes in advanced glass solutions for autonomous and connected vehicles - from LiDAR-compatible glazing to sensor integration systems.
Following the success of its first booth at CES 2022, Wideye returned to Las Vegas with a larger, more immersive stand featuring a private lounge for business meetings and live technology demos.
Our mission was to manage the entire project from concept to installation, delivering a booth that captured attention and brought Wideye’s LiDAR technology to life.
The objective: create a wow-effect experience that stood out among hundreds of exhibitors at CES Las Vegas.
We designed a custom booth featuring a conceptual automotive sculpture integrated with real LiDAR sensors.
An interactive projection system displayed live visitor detection on large screens, transforming the booth into an active demonstration zone.
We managed international logistics between Europe, Japan, and the USA, ensuring flawless on-site installation under post-COVID conditions.
Our scope included full supervision, production, and marketing support, from concept to final delivery.
The booth became a crowd magnet, visitors photographed the conceptual car and interacted with the live LiDAR projection.
Despite budget and logistics constraints, the project was executed flawlessly, earning exceptional feedback from both Wideye and AGC leadership.
Its success resulted in a larger booth commission the following year, establishing a long-term partnership built on trust, innovation, and creativity.
